Parameters:

id - The userinterface's identifier.

cbService - The network object used for information interchange.

internalName - The CoBrow internal name of the property.

externalName - The user friendly name of the property (as seen on the label).

initialValue - A value used for the initialization of the property.

isReturnAllowed - Value indicating if forces an immediate update on the server.
